We’re a 'mismatch(ed)' bunch of industry professionals and beverage specialist who have joined forces to launch a brewing company in South Australia. Despite the difference in personalities and backgrounds our values when distilled is all about the product. We relish transparency - from what ingredients we use to where we brew our beers. We currently believe that utilising excess space in other breweries will help grow the holistic craft segment by supporting those that have made the investment. We come from the fundamental belief that the most important issue dominating craft beer today is to make consistent products that should be made for enjoyment. Cheers to drinking better beer. MISSION Our mission is to enter the craft beer market making the best beer we can, whilst maintaining our integrity by conducting our actions in a transparent manner. We're proud to be contracting other companies equipment. We create our own recipes, we brew where we can and if we're not brewing we're helping/overseeing to ensure our product is being made to spec. We have nothing to hide. We want our beers to be forever evolving to ensure we produce the best possible product. As our journey continues we'll ensure we keep you up-to-date as to which raw materials we use to where the beer you're drinking is being made.
