After pouring everyone elses' excellent beers at the Wheaty over the last eleven years, we figured it was time to start brewing our own - time to install our own stainless and start walking the walk. So in early 2014 we commissioned a 600L Brewhouse.

With water sourced from a natural aquifer some 90 metres
below the brewery, each of our beers truly has the essence of
Clare Valley inside.

Hand Built Beer. The cellar door is hand made, the hops are hand planted, the concrete is hand mixed and the beer is hand built. We will continue to put passion in everything we brew and build at KIB.
