The Public Brewery is now Dainton Taphouse Croydon. Dainton Taphouse Croydon is open to the public five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, pouring a range of core and limited Dainton releases and local guest cider from 14 taps.
Our mission is to create great craft beer for gluten free consumers and beer lovers in Australia. We are brewing in a dedicated gluten free brewery in Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula. Our taproom will open in late 2018.
Red Duck started started in 2005 when the craft beer movement was just beginning. Our aim has always been to rebel against the mass market, commercialised versions of beer, and make real craft beer.
